Role Details:

The Scheduling Coordinator will assist the Distribution & Operations team in organizing and updating the ongoing schedules of digital linear and VOD/SVOD distribution of ViacomCBS programming. The successful candidate will be highly organized working with station groups, internal teams, and various data sources to accurately compile linear and VOD scheduling. We are seeking a strong self-starter who is passionate about both TV entertainment and technology to join the team.

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team:

You have -
• At least two years of prior experience in television program windowing: program scheduling, multi-platform scheduling, and/or rights clearance for a television network
• Strong understanding of the multi-platform television landscape, including Linear, SVOD and TV Everywhere
• Strong organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail
• Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, MS Excel in particular, as well as Google Suite
• Team player with exceptional work ethic with the ability to work independently, act proactively and drive resolution
• Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communications
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills - ability to analyze and make recommendations
• Excellent communication skills, time management, and ability to work against tight deadlines

You might also have -
• Experience with scripting/database management is a plus
• Experience with Adobe PhotoShop also a plus
