Fox Television Stations is one of the nation's largest owned-and-operated network broadcast groups, comprising 29 stations in 18 markets and covering over 37% of U.S. television homes. This includes seven duopolies in the top 10 markets: New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas, San Francisco, Washington, D.C. and Houston; as well as duopolies in Minneapolis, Phoenix, Orlando and Seattle.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Management of the editorial content and staff for assigned newscasts, along with the web site and social media platforms. Must demonstrate solid news judgment and creative writing and producing skills. Must be a leader with the ability to supervise and work with anchors, reporters, editors, producers and production crew to produce winning newscasts with clean on-air look.

Decisive, authoritative leader with strong communication skills and the ability to build a strong team environment. Must be able to integrate social media with broadcast television.

Minimum of three years' experience working in a TV newsroom as a major market producer or smaller market news manager. Must be flexible and able to handle pressure and meet deadlines.

TYPICAL PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS OF POSITION:

Regularly stand; walk, sit, reach with hands and arms; and; talk or hear.
Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
