Job Description

Responsibilities
• Oversee the activation of media sponsorships –manage availability, schedule sponsored elements, and execution across all platforms
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage sponsorship deliverables including Creative Services for producing assets, Production teams to implement sponsorships, and content development teams to create new opportunities for clients
• Work closely with Account Executives and Sales Planners to understand agency, client, goals and objectives to provide customized solutions.
• Monitor campaign sponsorship delivery across linear, digital, social media, and virtual platforms and assist in recap for clients
• Serve as initial touch-point between Sales and internal departments, vendors, operations, and clients
• Supervise client recap of all seasonal sponsorships with proof of performance, contractual elements, campaign metrics, and added value
• Gather competitive research & advertiser media spending to understand industry trends and opportunities to ensure sales offerings are on the cutting edge of media consumption habits
• Work closely with Planners and Sales Ops on order input and commercial trafficking

Qualifications/Requirements
Basic Qualifications
• Minimum 2 years of Marketing and/or Project Management experience
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older

• Superior organizational skills - must possess the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Extremely strong writing and deck creation skills
• Previous professional experience in television production, ad sales or marketing
• Strong understanding of social media and digital platforms
• Knowledge of order entry system for digital and linear advertising campaigns; WideOrbit, Google Ad Manager, FreeWheel, Operative1, Art19, social media platforms
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, other Adobe products
