Responsibilities
NBC News is seeking an experienced news producer to support it's daily news show, ''The Report'' on Quibi. NBC News is seeking an experienced news producer to support it's daily news show, ''The Report'' on Quibi.
Responsibilities:
• Pitch, research, report stories for daily broadcast
• Work independently, as well as with correspondents and other producers on short-form news stories under deadline
• String out video and graphics elements for editors
• Work closely with motion graphic artists to create info-graphics
• Work closely with editors to build story segments
Qualifications/Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements :
• 3+ years of digital daily news producing experience
• Must have a strong writing ability
• Deadline news writing experience
• Strong knowledge of Avid desktop editing
• Digital or mobile news producing experience
• Willingness to work overtime and overnights, during special events and breaking news situations as needed
