Summary
Hulu’s Marketing organization is seeking a Senior Bundle Growth Manager who will be an outstanding addition to our Subscriber Growth & Partnerships Team. In this role you will be responsible for the development of all Hulu strategic growth initiatives for the Disney bundle. This ranges from setting ambitious subscriber goals for the bundle to crafting growth strategies and action plans on how to achieve those targets. The right person for this role has a strategic and analytical mentality with the ability lead successful strategic initiatives. What You'll Do
• Coordinate with counterparts at Disney+ and ESPN+ to align on broad strategic pillars of bundle growth
• Work cross-functionally to analyze and uncover opportunities to identify and build step change growth initiatives to accomplish the bundle targets
• Develop and drive strategic recommendations for these growth opportunities
• Align strategic recommendations with colleagues across brand, creative, lifecycle, product and legal to implement growth initiatives
• Develop portfolio level growth strategic initiatives led by Hulu
• Socialize and present your recommendation to our leaders

What To Bring
• 5 - 7+ years work experience, with focus on developing and driving strategic initiatives
• Management consulting attitude that is able to flex from strategic analysis to go-to-market execution
• Outstanding relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills that enable you to build consensus and enthusiasm among internal and external partners

Nice-To-Haves
• Prior experience at a premium streaming content provider
• MBA
