Summary of Position

STARZ is seeking a talented and strategic individual to join our team as a Senior Manager of Advertising Monetization. In this critical role, you will contribute to the development and execution of advertising monetization strategies, supporting revenue growth and overseeing aspects of ad quality management. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the formulation and implementation of yield optimization strategies tailored to maximize revenue for STARZ' DTC streaming platform. This role will involve actively participating in inventory forecasting and leveraging STARZ' insights and analytics to provide visibility into inventory, highlighting opportunities and risks.

Responsibilities
• Support buying models and assist in optimizing inventory to meet demand, with a focus on maximizing sell-through rate.

• Participate in the ongoing review of implemented strategies, providing input for fine-tuning and optimization as necessary to achieve predetermined goals.

• Contribute to maintaining ad quality standards in accordance with established guidelines.

• Assist in managing campaign revenue-at-risk, offering optimization recommendations to relevant stakeholders.

• Contribute to the implementation of key performance indicators (KPIs) for measuring and optimizing advertising revenue streams.

• Utilize analytics tools to extract actionable insights, supporting data-driven decision-making. Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and similar BI tools is beneficial for conducting independent data exploration.

• Support the generation of routine reports on yield performance, inventory, and other operational metrics.

• Collaborate with the Growth Marketing team to identify potential opportunities for revenue growth and monetization enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills

Ideal Candidates will:
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of advertising practices, ensuring adherence to industry standards, regulations, and best practices.

• Stay informed about emerging advertising policies, offering valuable insights and recommendations for compliance.

• Possess experience in the streaming industry and have a solid foundation in data analysis to identify opportunities for improving ad performance and yield on STARZ' streaming media platform.

Experience:
• Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in digital advertising, preferably in roles focusing on advertising monetization within the streaming media, digital ad agency, or digital entertainment industry.
