The Team
We are WarnerMedia Studios (previously known as Turner Studios), an in-house production and post-production facility designed to support the WarnerMedia brands and bring the creative ideas to life. 

The Job
An Edit T3 Trainee is an entry level position within WarnerMedia Studios geared at building the foundation for a career in editing. This position is designed for recent college graduates who have a passion for post-production, storytelling, and a driving desire to succeed in the media industry. Trainees are selected to receive an 11-month hands-on learning experience in WarnerMedia's leading divisions, such as Cartoon Network, TNT/TBS, and Turner Sports. The job focuses on attaining the fundamental understanding and skills needed for excellent editorial support, which includes preparing media for edit sessions, working directly with editors and producers to process show footage and requests, and delivering media for air and digital. T3s are positioned to learn from some of the best editors in the industry as well as have access to top of the line equipment.

The Daily
• Coordinating and carrying out Post-Production Traffic requests - preparing screeners for talent and producers, tracking and delivering media for sessions, and creating show Edit Masters
• Organizing, converting/transcoding, and transferring media
• Starting and organizing projects for editors' sessions - Processing show dailies, pulling selects, and creating clip reels
• Preparing projects for finishing, delivery, and archive
• Integrating the use of scopes, audio mixers, and automated processes to QC media before delivery
• Delivering media to specific drop locations for air and digital
• Having the opportunity to cut content for partners such as Cartoon Network, TBS, TNT, TCM, Sports, HBO Max, and more!

The Essentials
• Bachelor's Degree required
• Must be no more than 2 years post-graduation from an accredited university
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere and familiar with After Effects
• Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter, Facebook
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Solid customer service skills, strong communicator, high attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Knowledge and appreciation of the WarnerMedia brands
• Prior internship experience preferred
• Demo reel submitted with your resume that showcases your editing skills
