Overview and Responsibilities
• Be the Covid authority on protocols and communication. Walk the floors and remind people of protocols to ensure compliance. Provide supplies where needed. Be the most knowledgeable on Covid related issues.
• Coordinate with Production, HR and Facilities on Phase 1 and communication to crew, those approved for Phase 1 and any Covid compliance changes
• Create and distribute any Covid letters or communication
• Follow through, track and support productions on Covid reimbursements working closely with Finance, HR, and NY
• Assist with Exit interviews or creating an exit survey for employees to fill out
• Create, Manage, and Track Short Forms working closely with Production SVP and HR, and any cross-functional departments
• Work with Facilities on any needs, like managing the office equipment dispersal list, ergonomic reviews and requests, production Covid related requests and approvals, personal office item pick-up list and scheduling
• Contact tracing and communication management of Covid incident protocol
• Assist Covid Compliance Officer with communication, maintaining inventory tracking, ensuring compliance goals are consistently met
• Ensure procedures are followed to ensure seamless workflow
• Review the Talent Recording Calendar daily
• Reviews PASS systems frequently and per the Recording calendar
• Perform PASS check-ins with the Talent and reviews per protocol. If Red, manage communication to all parties.
• Able to communicate effectively regarding timelines, expectations, and compliance protocols
• Coordinate Covid related meetings
• Take notes during Covid meetings and distributes clearly articulated notes to the department and/or production and /or studio
• Create and maintain any and all Covid email or TBD identified tool communications
• Stay abreast of issues on the floor and elevate information appropriately to Supervisors
• Support studio and production directives
• Responsible for data input for the department
• Responsible for assignable tasks as needed
• Flag any potential Covid changes and provide visibility back to HR and Production
• Partner with Supervisors to create an environment conducive to achieving goals
• Communicate status and priorities to Supervisors

Basic Qualifications
• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Must have strong written, verbal and organizational skills
• Must have the ability to plan for, track, prioritize and execute multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with extreme attention to detail
• Have the ability to work well under time constraints in a fast-paced environment
• Must have the ability to take initiative and work independently
