Job Description

Hearst Television's centralized Ad Operations Hub in Charlotte, NC, is looking for a Station Specialist to join the team. The Station Specialist will provide support to Hearst's stations by processing orders, preparing daily logs, and completing general ad operations duties for assigned stations. The right candidate will actively work with the Ad Operations team to provide support to station sales team members and management in assigned markets.

Job Responsibilities:
• Prepare and maintain on-air logs
• Print and export daily program logs
• Ensure that materials are received and processed on time.
• Utilize problem solving and decision-making skills to achieve station goals
• Assist in the implementation of HT Best Practices and SOPs

Qualifications Requirements:
• Must be detail-oriented and organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must
• Able to effectively support other team members in a professional manner
• Able to analyze data and identify critical trends
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Must be computer literate and experienced with Microsoft Office
• Experience with WideOrbit system preferred, but not required. Will train the right candidate
