Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Computer Vision Software Engineer in San Diego, CA to develop software in collaboration with principle algorithm developers to package the created algorithms into deliverable libraries. Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, or related field or equivalent, and one (1) year of experience developing software to build systems around libraries for use by game production studios. Prior experience must include one (1) year of experience developing new software and algorithms for user applications and data manipulation to save production money; developing and maintaining computer vision software systems written by other developers and engineers; designing and implementing software for facial motion capture system for video games, including user interfaces builds and libraries; building and guiding the implementation of software for facial animation in next-generation console games; writing C++ libraries using OpenCV; utilizing Python to build and maintain the software of in-house production pipeline; executing and documenting software testing and validation procedures; and utilizing QT, Matlab, Maya, Blender, Make, Cmake, Git, OpenGL, GL SL, Eigen, and parallel programming.
