Summary
Hulu’s B2B Marketing team is seeking a Principal Product Marketing Manager who will be an outstanding addition to our team. As a Product Marketing B2B Manager at Hulu, you will help scale our Self-Service platform goals around awareness, acquisition and retention amongst SMBs. In addition, you will build go-to-market plans for our suite of ad products and platforms to maximize the value of advertising at Hulu. The ideal person for this role is Marketing and Tech forward, can apply creative and analytical thinking and has proven hands-on experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast and dynamic environment. What you'll do
• Build and execute go-to-market strategies and initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, product adoption and elevate Hulu as the leading innovator in ad supported Streaming TV.
• Partner with key stakeholders of our self serve platform (Ad Product, Ad Sales, Corp Comm, Media, Email Marketing) to garner alignment on go-to-market efforts to meet the revenue and business growth objectives.
• Continue to evolve and execute self-service marketing plans - as we scale the product - via appropriate marketing channels targeting most optimal SMB advertisers.
• Collaborate with the Ad Product team on product opportunities (features, differentiation, target audience) to drive appropriate messaging, and positioning and continually elevate our viewer-first advertising strategy.
• Understand marketplace trends and competitive landscape to develop marketing strategies that elevate our leadership in ad-supported Streaming TV.
• Collaboration in the development of Hulu case studies regarding brand success
• Ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics which are tracked and analyzed

What to bring
• 8+ years of product marketing experience in an advertising business
• Proven track record of working at the strategic and tactical level to develop and execute innovative and effective campaigns
• Experience working with Product and Ad Sales teams to build go to market strategies
• Strong analytical skills with data driven approach
• Positive attitude and the ability to operate in a very fast paced environment with ambiguity
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to present go to market plans, influence others and build relationships
• Ability to partner with and handle workflows of multiple constituencies in a cross-functional team environment
• BA or BS Degree required.
