Travel Coordinator

Job Description

Responsibilities
Judge Jerry is seeking a Travel Coordinator to facilitate all aspects of travel for the show staff and guests. This position will report to the Executive in Charge and Line Producer. This is a Run of Show position that has an anticipated end date of November 2020.
• Book show guest and staff travel
• Work closely with production team in the guest booking process
• Track all travel costs
• Work closely with travel agent to book airfare
• Manage show's travel PAs

Qualifications/Requirements
• Minimum 1-year professional working experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and navigating the internet
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Must be willing to work remotely and in Stamford, CT on studio production days
• Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the US
• Must be 18 years or older

Desired Characteristics
• Minimum 1-year production experience and / or administrative experience within TV production desired
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments under high pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to follow direction and work independently when necessary
• Prior experience booking travel for show guests and staff is desired
• Prior NBCU experience desired, but not necessary
