Inside Sales Manager

Job Description

* Assist in hiring, training & development of the Inside Sales Department for Entercom Radio stations across the country.
* Manage a department of up to twenty Inside Sales Representative s through Weekly/Daily coaching.
* Meet predetermined quotas and targets, maintain
opportunity-nu rturing goals while managing daily activities and representing the Entercom brand in a professional manner.
* Determine individual account manager budget goals, selling strategies and business plans.
* Guide and mentor Inside Sales Representative s, while utilizing ENTERCOM Marketing Groups systems to carry out these objectives.
* Represent Entercom in a highly ethical and professional manner.

Qualifications:

Required:
* Must be highly motivated and able to work independently.
* Must have valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and insurance.

Preferred:
* Prior inside sales experience preferred.
* Salesforce experience preferred.
* Media sales experience preferred.
* Prior management experience preferred.
