Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Manager, Software QA Engineering in San Francisco, CA to design and implement system software enhancements for ecosystems. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience developing QA approaches to fit overall product strategy and refine QA processes. Prior experience must include coordinating complex QA activities for software initiatives; maintaining checklists and DODs (definition of done) for software testing, performance and deployment; developing and creating test strategies and test harnesses; monitoring and reporting on test execution; providing timely and accurate QA status and progress during all project testing phases, including summarizing QA results at project conclusion; anticipating product release problems and taking corrective action to resolve; implementing improvements process and recommending alternative testing; utilizing tools and methodologies to ensure software tests identify defects and comply with quality standards; and utilizing Jira, Javascript, Appium, Python, and Selenium Web Driver.
