This position will support Security Operations and report to the Director, Corporate Safety & Security.

The Role

A successful candidate will be passionate, self-motivated, proactive, quick-thinking, flexible, able to pivot when necessary, thorough and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and an attention to detail. This is a demanding and fast moving position that requires someone who is a proactive and positive thinker, and able to exercise good judgment and communication.

Responsibilities include:
• Work to consistently optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the department
• Effectively manage team calendars, including planning and coordinating internal and external meetings
• Coordinate team travel plans
• Manage distribution/communication of emails and messages to appropriate team member(s) for response
• Prepare materials for weekly leadership meetings
• Attend team meetings and provide meeting minutes to team members
• Direct communication with internal partners, customers, and outside vendors
• Maintain and update various status reports and internal trackers
• Assist team members with Corporate Security Operations projects
• Research and implement best practices for Corporate Security Operations workflow
• Complete work in a timely and accurate manner while providing exceptional customer service
• Create and organize physical and electronic folders, security databases, and archive records
• Liaise cross-functionally with internal business partners

Required Qualifications:
• Ability to work proactively, independently and reliably under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in the field of corporate physical security or security operations is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to regularly plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload with short turnaround time
• High level of organization, detail orientation and ability to time-manage across multiple deadlines
• Willingness to tackle matters outside area of expertise
• Experience in the Google Suite ( Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office & Google Mail/Calendar
