Partner Engineer, TV and Media

Job Description

The Media and Platform Operations team delivers support for industry leading products and platforms. As a center of excellence in solving technical problems at scale, we deliver solutions to help our entertainment industry, consumer device, and audience measurement partners provide high product quality across our digital ecosystem.

YouTube TV is a premium entertainment product at YouTube, with a commitment to deliver live TV, along with great YouTube content, available to the consumer through the internet, mobile, and living room device.

As a Partner Engineer, you will design technical implementations and integrations between some of the biggest media companies, their content, and the YouTube platform. You will develop multiple workflows to ensure that content is going live correctly. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of Engineering, Business Development, Product Management, and Operations to develop the ideal workflows, tools, applications, and product strategy to support these integrations and partners. You will be instrumental in implementing short-term partner solutions to bridge product gaps, commercializing new solutions, and taking new initiatives from conception to successful deployment.
