Job Description

Responsibilities
• Serve as OTT product and capabilities expert and resource to NBC and Telemundo local sales teams across the US
• Aid sales team in the overall RFP and pricing and planning process, including analyzing available inventory with the ultimate goal to provide sellable digital media proposals to agencies and direct advertisers
• Track and monitor all OTT campaigns
• Monitor and manage live campaigns: pacing and delivery across product portfolio
• Take feedback from field sales and work with corporate functional leads to improve OTT product
• Research trends and needs of OTT/Video advertising industry and works with Business Operations VP to build and develop product roadmap for all current and future capabilities
• Monitor publicly available information on competitive offering
• Promote product/business brand positioning, values and proposition internally and externally
• Interact with advertisers and agencies on calls/meetings to represent current and future capabilities and gather market feedback/needs
• Work with Sales Marketing, Research and Finance teams supporting product
• Coordinate with National and Local Digital Campaign Managers
• Develop strategic reallocation and optimization recommendations for live campaigns
• Deliver superior customer service by making performance and process recommendations
• Report out advertiser success/business success case studies and insights quarterly
• Coordinate with DCMs and AEs on development of renewal strategies based on client/program insights
• Work in Operative One to book and manage digital campaign products if needed
• Work with the traffic/operations team to schedule, traffic and implement advertising programs if needed
• Book and manage contracts in Wide Orbit, our finance invoicing system if needed
• Actualize billing each month and work with finance to adjust billing and provide clients with accurate invoicing if needed

Qualifications/Requirements
• Curious and motivated
• Detail oriented, data driven and highly analytical
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital ad sales products and or sales support
• Minimum 7 years of experience in media
• Basic understanding of digital audience targeting tools
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• 4 year college degree
• Familiarity with ad serving systems (FreeWheel, DFP)
• Understanding of digital billing and invoicing
