SUMMARY
Hulu's Talent Acquisition team is seeking a University Recruiter who will be an exceptional addition to our Talent and Organization team. As a University Recruiter at Hulu, you will support our lean university recruitment team to drive full cycle recruitment for multiple business verticals. The right person for this role will advise on hiring requirements, source and review the candidate pipeline, and assist in hiring our next intern cohort. WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Provide full life cycle and high-volume internship recruiting support for a wide range of departments
• Act as advocate for candidates throughout hiring process, establish regular touch points and be diligent with follow through
• Execute seasons of recruitment bringing in premier technical and non-technical talent from across the country
• Use a combination of recruiting techniques to creatively evaluate, network, and hire top tier internship talent
• Work with Program Coordinator to onboard, plan events, trainings and offboard internship program while ensuring a great experience

WHAT TO BRING
• 3+ years of full cycle university recruiting experience, ideally focused in the media and/or technology industries
• BA/BS Degree
• Proven and successful track record of engaging, selling, and recruiting top talent
• Excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to effectively partner cross-functionally and between multiple office locations
• Solid attention to detail, social skills, and ability to meet deadlines
• Drive to provide excellent customer service and a high touch experience with candidates and hiring managers

NICE-TO-HAVES
• Experience recruiting for and running a virtual intern program
• Solid knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (like Jobvite)
• Experience with the Jumpstart platform
