Sony Interactive Entertainment LLC seeks a Sr. Program Manager in San Francisco, CA to build partner relationship and collaborate with Engineering, Product counterparts, and other major stakeholders. Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or related field or equivalent, and three (3) years of experience translating unique business requirements to executable user stories and driving execution. Prior experience must include three (3) years of experience owning and driving end-to-end delivery of multiple large cross-regional, cross-functional initiatives; driving the program planning sessions, executing and delivering workplans; developing unique program planning sessions, including hardware limitation, internal political issues, historical restrictions, cross-regional, and cross-functional limitations; overseeing projects throughout full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); conducting system requirements Gap analysis; performing conflict resolution and negotiation between teams, groups and companies, including business, resources, scheduling, and legal topics; and in executing these duties, utilizing Project, Visio, Digital media software, networking technologies, SAFe (Scale Agile Framework), Scrum, Kanban, Agile and Waterfall Project Management methodology, Software Development Cycle, network services, process management, Jira, Rally, Wiki, Confluence, GitHub, google drive, Trello, and WebEx.
