Job Description

The Music & Premium team is responsible for YouTube's flagship subscription service, YouTube Premium, with over 35 million subscribers in 2020. This includes YouTube Music, which is at the heart of Premium, as well as Premium benefits such as ad-free video, background, audio-only, and offline playback. The team is also responsible for the Commerce platform underlying all of YouTube's paid products (such as YouTube TV), as well as our communications platform used for promotion and user/creator education.

We are looking for an experienced, passionate Engineering Vice President to lead the Premium and Platforms teams through their next stage of growth. As this leader, you will manage a team of 150+ (and rapidly growing) engineers based in San Bruno and Mountain View. In addition to leading technical strategy and execution, you will partner with Product Management, UX, and Marketing in managing the overall Premium subscription business.
