As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

In this role, you will focus on delivering programs for YouTube Shopping. You will build processes, frameworks, and use thought leadership to drive the success of the YouTube Shopping product offering, including creating roadmaps for Operations teams in collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as Partner Engineering and Support across Creator, Merchant, and Consumer dimensions. You will develop, launch, and evaluate cross-functional pilots to mature the YouTube Shopping business.

Resonsibilities:
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to understand or identify defined work problems and program goals, obtain prioritized deliverables, and discuss program impact.
• Prioritize program goals, understand and translate other stakeholders' needs into program goals, and contribute to decisions on prioritizing goals and deliverables.
• Define the scope of projects and develop, execute, or manage project plans for supported programs. Partner with Engineering, Product, UX and stakeholders to define, organize and support team objectives, scope, comprehensive project plans.
• Review key metrics pertaining to a program, monitor potential metric deviations, and define corrective actions for critical deviations.
• Identify, communicate, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work toward mutual goals. Build, maintain and enhance business, operational, and management dashboards.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in program management on technical cross-functional projects.
• Experience in social shopping platforms or retailer corporate platforms.
Preferred qualifications:
• Ability to be comfortable with ambiguity, identify efficiency opportunities, and prioritize by leveraging input from cross-functional teams.
• Ability to switch between big picture and attention to detail, with distinctive business acumen and problem solving skills.
• Ability to convey information in a timely, concise manner, with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to take initiatives, and lead and influence in dynamic environments.
• Excellent organizational, negotiation, multi-tasking, project management, and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects in a rapidly changing environment.
