As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You'll work with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

The YouTube Business Technology team focuses on the ever-evolving business and operations side of YouTube, providing tools and systems that enable our creators, artists, and YouTube as a whole to continue to grow.

In this role, you will be part of a team of specialized Technical Program Managers within Business Technology's Infrastructure and Enablement domain. You will coordinate with YouTube- and Google-wide forums to plan migrations, deprecations, policy adjustments, and other large-scale changes impacting YouTube's business operations workflows.

Resonsibilities:
• Establish standards, plan for rapidly developing products and compliance needs, and understand an array of different policy and legal implications in both a leadership and consultative capacity.
• Develop and guide a team of Technical Program Managers as they integrate the technical and policy requirements that govern systems throughout the YouTube Business Organization.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a business, management, or other relevant field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:
• 8 years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
