YouTube's Partner Development team works to enable, empower and inspire YouTube talent around the world, supporting their success and promoting responsible growth on the platform through enriching engagement, product activation, and in person/online events.

As an Artist Development Manager for the Americas region, you will lead a group of Strategic Partner Managers looking after a portfolio of emerging and established artists across North, Central, and South America. You will coach your team to effectively assess their partners' unique needs and goals, craft plans to build the presence and reach of artists in their portfolios, and deliver insights and strategies to enable their success on YouTube.

You will be responsible for the hiring, on-boarding and development of talent and supporting each individual on their performance and on career development. You will lead the team to execute against partner performance metrics and core program goals to enable partner success. Your role will be both external (partner-facing) and internal as you will support many cross-functional initiatives.
