The Business Technology team is a part of YouTube Global Operations. We focus on ensuring the YouTube business organization can evolve. We provide the tools and systems that deliver the information, capabilities, and insights necessary to help our partners - and YouTube - continue to grow.
As a Support Infrastructure Lead, you'll manage the capabilities of our core systems that power the YouTube support experience for automation and efficiency. You will be the trusted subject matter expert to manage and maintain the overall support ecosystem through technical expertise and consultation for system administration. You'll work with the right cross-functional teams to resolve requests and help manage the YouTube support experience and operations.
