The Go-to-Market (GTM) Business Strategy and Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

In this role, you will be the strategic thought partner to a Global Product Lead (GPL) team in the YouTube and Video Ads business. You will work closely with GPL, regional GTM, and Global Business Strategy and Operations (GBSO) leadership teams to influence strategic priorities and manage the day-to-day processes and workflows in partnership with GPL.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Be a strategic partner to a Global Product Lead's business, advising on product and Go-to-Market business strategy, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Be an expert on priorities and manage cross-functional projects and initiatives, liaising across Go-to-Market Operations, Business Finance, and Product.
• Manage flawless execution of complex and time-critical projects by quickly understanding context and developing a prioritized approach for resolution.
• Lead planning for Business Forecast Meetings (BFMs) presented to executive management and oversee activation success of key product adoption metrics.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for streamlined Go-to-Market operations (e.g., team structure, Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), executive-facing narratives) based on regional and channel trends/market feedback.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in strategy development, or an operational leadership role in a technology or marketing firm.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:
• Master's degree, MBA, or PhD, in a related field.
• 8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, product management, finance, or business operations.
• Experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
• Excellent business acumen, with the ability to successfully navigate and influence different stakeholders within a complex business environment.
• Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to be persistent.
• Excellent data analysis, project management, relationship management, and change management skills.
