The YouTube Business Central Strategy and Operations team is responsible for leading global, cross-functional, strategic initiatives to drive the unprecedented growth and health of the YouTube creator and partner ecosystem. The core capabilities of the team include strategic planning and business operations, incentives design and operations, and business strategy and operations for the three regions: Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
In this role on the Strategic Planning team, you will partner closely with leaders across the YouTube Business organization to lead the annual planning process, set organization-wide OKRs, lead resource management process for the organization, and undertake special projects to improve how YouTube operates and executes.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $114,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Lead, launch and land global, strategic, and operational project work streams to help the organization be more effective (e.g., annual OKR planning, budget/HC management, investment framework development).
• Develop comprehensive strategies that solve complex business challenges and address the needs of stakeholders across various functions to drive incremental growth and/or improved operations.
• Conduct data analysis and develop insights to help leadership identify opportunities and own executive-level presentations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to push projects forward, driving recommendations through to implementation.
• Identify tools, processes and automation that will improve the processes, then develop and implement them in partnership with product leads and/or other functions.
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications:
• 4 years of experience in a management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital or private equity role, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
• 2 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
• 4 years of experience with analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
• Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
• Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.
• Ability to formulate hypotheses, design tests, and use problem-solving techniques to drive to solutions for complex problems.
• Ability to develop and understand strategy.
• Track record of execution, multi-tasking, and leading complex and ambiguous strategic and operational initiatives.
