As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $157,000-$241,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Resonsibilities:
• Drive successful execution of NFL Sunday Ticket program and manage day-to-day engagement with the NFL.
• Maintain strong external relationships with both the NFL and Sunday Ticket adjacent partners.
• Collaborate across functions, including Product Management, Marketing, Legal, Operations, and Sales, to ensure efficient achievement of program objectives.
• Serve as internal NFL advocate and Sunday Ticket partnership subject matter expert.
• Develop ad hoc program analysis and prepare updates for senior management.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8 years of business development and partnerships experience with media companies, sports leagues, or digital platforms.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience drafting and interpreting contracts and legal documents.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional work streams.
• Understanding of the sports media industry and distribution ecosystem.
• Ability to think strategically and effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; entrepreneurial, persistent, highly collaborative, and intellectually curious.
