Strategic Partner Manager, Partner Engagement

Job Description

As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Partner Engagement team at YouTube, you'll create meaningful relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You'll work on complex content agreements with partners, as well as work cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

You will be focused on Creators that require specialized support due to their size, influence, or unique content characteristics. You will collaborate closely with Product teams, Trust and Safety, Social, and Marketing to help identify and troubleshoot Creator challenges and manage overall Creator sentiment. You will focus on managing creators who may require extra attention and support and we set our goals to increase positive sentiment towards the platform.
