Strategic Partner Manager, YouTube (Spanish, English)

As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

• Manage a scaled portfolio of YouTube partners across all verticals towards strategic goals, including establish scaled strategic relationships with partners through different engagement types.
• Drive product adoption, optimization across YouTube priorities and support creators in their content, business generation and viewership goals.
• Ensure your partner portfolio complies with YouTube's Community Guidelines and M10N policies and support them in navigating YouTube's support and operations teams.
• Engage with and understand the latest features, policies and platform improvements to help partners succeed.
• Manage project initiatives to grow emerging creators, inclusing workshops, events and other scaled initiatives.


Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience in video, media, entertainment industry, experience as a YouTube creator and/or working with partners or creators.
• 2 years of experience in an external facing customer interaction role within customer support, sales and relationship development.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish and English fluently in order to communicate and create client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with objection handling, managing sensitive communication, and basic agreement negotiation.
• Experience in project management using project execution frameworks.
• Proven track record of proactively improving processes with effective problem-solving skills.
• Ablity to interact comfortably with stakeholders at all levels of an organization, as well as influencing cross-functionally.
• Excellent communication, presentation, planning and time/pipeline management skills, with strong attention to detail.
