Strategic Partner Manager, Health Partnerships

Job Description

As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

The Health Partnerships team's focus is on developing relationships with Health institutions, companies, charities and creators to bring more engaging, authoritative health content on the platform and to create and innovate new ways of sharing health information.

As a Strategic Partner Manager you will manage a portfolio of organizations or creators to assess their needs and goals, craft a plan to grow their channel, and deliver insights and strategy to enable their success on YouTube. Your role will be both external and internal as you support many cross-functional Health initiatives. You will optimize your partners' channels and develop strategic relationships to grow the volume of authoritative and engaging public and mental health content on YouTube and to collaborate on new ways of communicating health information to the world.
