As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

As a Strategic Partner Manager on YouTube's Enterprise team you will focus on developing partnerships with established digital media companies and digital media startups that provide value to YouTube creators in various ways. In this high-visibility internal and external facing role, you will help build an ecosystem of global service providers by supporting existing digital media partners, identifying strategic opportunities for YouTube and YouTube creators, resolving business issues, negotiating agreements and analyzing key metrics to identify business trends.

You should be as comfortable negotiating agreements with external partners as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines to ensure our partners and creators are positioned for success. You are also highly proficient in conducting data-driven analyses and in building strategic recommendations based on quantitative and qualitative inputs.
