YouTube's Creator Acquisitions team is tasked with ensuring that those with large followings off of YouTube are building their presence on YouTube. The Acquisitions team's goal is to outreach to off-platform talent with high potential for fast growth on YouTube and help onboard them to become successful YouTube creators.

As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Creator Acquisitions team, you'll work to identify digital talent personalities and on-board them onto the YouTube Platform to grow their presence and reach. You will be responsible for helping these new-to-YouTube creators launch, grow, and expand their presence on the platform. In this role you'll have a unique opportunity to also build long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone your business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. Your role will be both external (creator-facing) and internal as you support many cross-functional initiatives. You will help optimize creators' channels and develop relationships to ensure your portfolio of YouTube Creators take full advantage of our ever-growing suite of offerings.
