Job Description

As a Shopping Product Specialist, your mission is to ensure all users get the most out of YouTube by understanding user needs, creating solutions, and driving product success. We provide product solutions across areas at YouTube.

You will serve as a product expert and end-user advocate that works closely with Product Management and Engineering. You will also play a role as the interface between YouTube's product, business, and operations teams. You will work with operations teams internationally, collect and analyze data, and influence product roadmaps and the prioritization of product features. You will be proactive about solving complex and unstructured problems.
