As Senior Investigations Analyst, you are passionate about threat research and all source intelligence analysis. You leverage investigative experience and creativity to analyze sophisticated abuse activity and are motivated to protect the integrity of the YouTube platform and user base. You thrive in a fast, dynamic, demanding environment where the threat actor landscape is constantly evolving. You will be part of a team responsible for overseeing emerging threats to the YouTube platform and user based. Such threats include disinformation and the role entails contributing to the development of disinformation policies and ensuring they are enforced consistently and effectively.

You are an independent, critical thinker with deep experience conducting threat investigations and developing analytic assessments and recommendations. You thrive in ambiguity and have an aptitude for developing repeatable workflows, impact-based metrics and coaching others. You are able to balance short-term investigative needs while demonstrating the ability to see the big picture and incorporating learnings and insights into our long term, strategic direction.

You will review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube's Community Guidelines.
