Job Description

The YouTube Strategy, BizOps and Analytics (SBA) team's mission is to make YouTube commercially sustainable and more valuable, by identifying and steering the business towards the opportunities, guiding the organization to make the best possible decisions, and enabling effective implementation and operations.

With teams around the globe, the SBA team works closely with YouTube leadership across the product, engineering and business organizations to address challenges and opportunities across the company, help chart the long-term direction for YouTube, and provide analytics and decision support for the planning and steering of the business. SBA is a multi-specialist team, with several specialist capabilities across all three pillars of the team: Strategy, Business Operations, and Analytics & Decision Support.

As a Business Intelligence Analyst within Analytics & Decision Support, you will be part of a community of technical data analysts who work on impactful projects ranging from developing critical data pipelines that help run the business, build tools to analyze the content partnerships and creator ecosystem which guide business leadership on optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our partner facing business teams.
