Job Description
The YouTube Strategy Organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with strong day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.

You will help shape how new and existing YouTube Partners create successful and scalable sales businesses on our platform.

As the Regional Partner Team Lead, you will manage a team of dedicated Partner Sales Managers, setting regional annual plan and priorities, industry strategy in alignment with Content Organization and lead our Product efforts across organizations. You will lead custom programs and projects to deliver the goals of the business and grow regional investment and commitment with scaled solutions to accelerate our Global business. You will serve as a key business partner across a set of internal and external stakeholders, influencing overall ads strategy and removing roadblocks to maximize opportunities for partners with selling rights across the business.

Resonsibilities:
• Manage a team of Partner Sales Leads and relationships with partners across EMEA.
• Work with YouTube's content partners, enabling them to work directly with advertisers, driving growth for YouTube.
• Own regional business planning, growth for partners, and go-to-market strategy for driving commercialization for program changes, innovation, etc.
• Set operational structure and goals for team. Measure and launch support and structure.
• Ensure partners represent YouTube with integrity, professionalism, accuracy, and consistency that align with Google's sales organization.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Experience in sales and/or partnerships.
• Experience in people management and leading teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and solving challenges across global teams.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience with partnership and relationship management with C-level executives.
• Familiarity with YouTube for brands, video, and TV landscape.
• Familiarity with Google's ad serving solutions (e.g., GAM, DV360, etc.).
• Passion for and knowledge of the YouTube brand advertising narrative, YouTube partners, and the video ecosystem.
• Ability to create new organizational capabilities and processes to grow the business.
• Ability to influence without authority, manage multiple projects and stakeholders, and derive the right business priorities and highest value impact decisions.
