Job Description
The Product Go-to-Market (GTM) team helps ensure that Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting the go-to-market strategy for ad products across a range of Google Ad Product areas. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with day-to-day operations, while also helping to evolve early stage products or strategic ideas into future-growth initiatives.

As the Regional Head of Video Ads Planning and Measurement, you will develop the regional goal, strategy, and execution plans on all Google first and third-party YouTube branding and full funnel media and insights planning and measurement products. You will manage a team of Regional Product Leads (RPLs) who lead regional product strategy, commercialization, and activation.

In this role, you and your team will work closely to influence global product teams, regional and in-market teams and external teams to commercialize (e.g., launch, deploy, activate) products and solutions that enable our Sales teams to help customers achieve their marketing objectives.In addition, you will drive thought leadership discussions with stakeholders in Google's global product and regional sales leadership to guide product roadmaps and provide recommendations to drive business growth for Google's video business.

We do this by translating global market needs into meaningful product solutions that drive business results for content partners and customers.

• Manage, coach, inspire and motivate a team of Regional Product Leads. Set a clear and compelling strategy for growth and manage execution to achieve goals.
• Lead overall APAC product strategy and commercialization of all Google first and third-party video planning and measurement data and products by driving alignment with global and cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities across APAC markets and advertiser base. Develop strategic plans for business growth and product adoption. Work with Country Managers, sales leaders, and sales teams to drive alignment towards business outcomes and product adoption goals.
• Drive thought leadership externally and internally with stakeholders to guide product roadmaps and provide recommendations to meet customer/partner needs and generate business growth for Google's video business.


Minimum qualifications:
• 13 years of experience in Video Ads, Product Management, Product Strategy, Media Agency, or Management Consulting
• 5 years of experience in people management
• Experience growing and coaching teams of practitioners in a multicultural context

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience building diverse relationships with executives and solving complex issues as well as structuring and delivering complex cross-functional work programs on time and to specifications
• Knowledge of Video and TV ads ecosystem of media planning and measurement
• Knowledge of Google's Video Ads product suite
• Ability to take on multiple priorities simultaneously, be comfortable with ambiguity, and make data-driven decisions
• Ability to present messaging to various executive levels with excellent written and verbal communication skills
