Job Description

As a Regional Growth Marketing Manager, you will focus on the LATAM and Canadian regions, working with the Regional Marketing Team. You will work to grow YouTube in the region, and will result in more users considering YouTube as a platform for entertainment, learning, growing their audience, and expressing their creativity.

As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will work with global, regional, and local Product and Marketing Managers to drive our regional growth marketing strategy and launch growth marketing campaigns for YouTube, its brand, and its many products and services. You will coordinate across multiple countries, languages, and teams to develop best practices, champion innovation, look for creative solutions to achieve goals, and contribute to internal team initiatives to improve processes. By tracking the performance of our growth marketing campaigns, you will also help clarify what's working, how we can continually improve our marketing execution, the growth of our products, and the health of our ecosystem over time.
