As a Quantitative Business Analyst within Analytics and Decision Support, you will be part of a community of technical analysts who work on impactful projects ranging from developing data pipelines that help run the business, to analyzing the content partnerships and creator ecosystem to guiding business leadership on optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our partner-facing business teams.
You will work on strategic business challenges revolving around the economics of YouTube's Content Business. Content Creators are the core to YouTube's success, but we have only just begun to understand the dynamics of this important ecosystem. You will provide careful analytical support for the business teams, including performance measurement, causal impact, estimation, predictive modeling, and metric definition all leading to better data-driven business recommendations. You will be a leader and communicator presenting insights to leadership across the business organization.
