Programming Content Manager, Kids

Job Description

As a Strategic Partner Manager on the Content Partnerships team at YouTube, you'll have a unique opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with your portfolio of partners, and to apply and hone business skills in an entrepreneurial environment. You're comfortable working on complex content agreements with partners, as well as working cross-functionally with colleagues across multiple disciplines, to ensure our partners are positioned for success on YouTube and to provide the best possible experience for our users.

In this role, you will cover a wide range of initiatives including analyzing key content trends in the YouTube Kids media landscape, developing new strategic programming opportunities/features for creators, executing editorial programs by region and measuring/analyzing performance metrics.

As a Programming Manager for YouTube Kids, you will support the management and growth of our YouTube Kids programming efforts worldwide, spotlighting relevant, engaging, and enriching content. You'll help determine editorial strategy, lead reporting efforts and competitive analyses, work with cross-functional teams on feature prioritization and external communications and ultimately help shape the voice of YouTube Kids by developing our in-app content strategy.

You'll work directly with Partner Managers, Product Managers, Engineers, Marketing, Legal, and researchers to leverage data to create positive and engaging user experiences.
