The Partnership Enablement team is focused on educating and activating YouTube content partners, users, and our internal teams. Our multifaceted team members work together with various cross-functional stakeholders throughout YouTube to address our users' most pressing needs to be successful on YouTube. We develop go-to-market resources for products, policies, and processes that are strategically important for YouTube's partner ecosystem. We also ensure products and policies land well with our partners, and support cross-functional teams in the execution of large scale content investments and product activations.
As a Program Manager, you will keep cross-functional teams aligned and focused on goals, track progress and feedback, report results, and provide a Creator and Strategic Partner Manager point-of-view across a myriad of initiatives.
You will also support content strategy for key APAC markets including Japan and Indonesia where language fluency will be beneficial.
