Outreach Operations Specialist
The Go-to-Market (GTM) function seeks to support the Content Partnerships team to achieve accountability, alignment, efficiency, scale, and speed by focusing on portfolio development priorities and account assignment to help our partners thrive and grow responsibly and achieve YouTube's organizational level objectives and key results.
In this role, you will work closely with the Central GTM team, Product Specialists, and Regional Content Partnerships teams to manage the partnerships goal setting, tracking, and reporting processes. You will also work closely with the APAC Partnerships leadership team and Partnerships Enablement teams to support the account selection and transition processes.
You will identify and create goals against opportunities to empower partner-facing teams to drive partner success. You will assess how the Content Partnership teams can drive additional business growth for partners in specific verticals or for certain types that are lagging behind. You will size these opportunities through analysis, stress test them through pilots and partner feedback, and design strategies to inform roll-out.
