Job Description

In this role, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the organization. You will work with the team and keep them up-to-date on progress and deadlines and manage many workstreams across different functions and regions.

Additional Information

(Colorado only*) Minimum full-time salary range between $109,000 - $117,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. *Note: Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-20) of the minimum salary compensation for this role when being hired into our offices in Colorado.

• Scope and drive cross-organizational projects, programs, and processes. Drive high-level progress on agreed roadmap and manage large dependencies.
• Manage cross-functional relationships and workstreams across the organization and help the team structure the program and decision-making processes.
• Set up cadence for workstreams, communications flow, mechanism to raise and address blockers to ensure mitigation is in place when needed.
• Establish and lead operating processes and tools to effectively manage reviewer operations. Identify challenges and issues across the organization, create programs and/or processes to solve them.
• Oversee team-wide and executive communications, including weekly executive leadership updates.


Minimum qualifications:
• 7 years of experience in program management.
• Experience in setting up cross-functional and cross-teams working with internal and external partners.
• Experience working on initiatives with multiple teams and executives.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience in management consulting.
• Ability to work independently to drive projects to completion with low guidance and high attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt and influence through dynamic environments.
• Ability to streamline complex processes and implement workflows designed to increase efficiency/productivity.
• Ability to work on complex problems and clarify them into actionable workstream tasks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence without authority.
