Product Partnerships Manager, Responsibility Lead

We accelerate the growth and innovation of YouTube products by driving new business opportunities through partnerships. We own the business side of new features, products and initiatives that are vital to the success of YouTube. You know how to assess partnerships opportunities in any situation, define a strategy, and work closely with Product and other stakeholders to drive critical partnerships that help evolve our business. You're a whiz at cross-functional leadership. You don't just execute; you're a true thought leader who can clue us into industry trends and key influencers. You thrive in a fast-paced, high dynamics, team-oriented environment.

The Responsibility team is essential to combating the spread of misinformation and safeguarding the YouTube experience by leading partnerships that power the features that give users information and context around complex issues. We work closely with Product to identify partnerships that enable viewer-facing products. We have ambitious plans to keep pace with the ever-evolving vectors of misinformation.

As Responsibility Lead, you will lead a team of Partner Managers, and bring your perspective and creativity to this challenging area. You're as comfortable discussing with Product how a partnership plugs into our technical workflows as you are diving into its implications with Legal and Policy. You are a thoughtful leader, analytically driven, and possess a global perspective.
