Job Description

YouTube Product Partnerships accelerates the growth and innovation of YouTube products by driving new business opportunities through partnerships. We own the business side of new features, products, and initiatives that are vital to the success of YouTube. As a Product Partnerships Manager, you will know how to assess partnerships opportunities in any situation, define a strategy, and work closely with Product and other stakeholders to drive critical partnerships that help evolve our business. You''ll work cross-functionally. You'll be a thought leader who will look into and uncover industry trends and key influencers.

Creators are the heart and soul of YouTube. In this role, you'll help drive the success and happiness of Creators on YouTube through important initiatives such as unlocking new non-ad growth business streams and, driving adoption of new technologies. You'll work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to identify partnership opportunities to support our Creator-related goals and influence Product roadmaps. In addition to setting a partnership strategy and expertly executing on it, you'll serve as a strategic resource on areas you cover and help coordinate go-to-market efforts to ensure the success of partner-related launches. You'll be a partnerships manager with a thoughtful, strategic approach to how we partner, and you will possess a global perspective.
