YouTube Marketing's mission is to know our users, and to connect them to the magic of our products and creators. We make YouTube successful by shaping people's perceptions of YouTube and inspiring them to engage with us. We're also responsible for all of YouTube's marketing activities to consumers, creators, and key opinion influencers.
In this role, you'll be the responsible for product growth of YouTube Premium and Music Premium, working across product growth with a with a primary focus on retention. You will be responsible for both year-round and seasonal platforms and campaigns across all major channels including email, notifications and in-app placements. You will co-own the EMEA quarterly and yearly retention and paid member growth goal and all relevant funnel key performance indicators (KPIs). You will perform this role in a fast, ever-changing environment that will require you to be open to new influences and inspiration, and leverage new technologies to achieve the sustainable, long-term growth of our products and services.
