As a Policy Enforcement Manager Lead on YouTube's Trust and Safety team, you will lead a team responsible for effectively enforcing our harmful and dangerous content policies, from the point of identification of possible violation to removal and appeals. In this role, you will think through the unique challenges of a broad array of policy areas while developing processes that are consistent and resilient. You will work alongside operations, product, and engineering stakeholders to implement abuse detection mechanisms and safety controls. You will also work closely with PR and communications stakeholders to ensure our decisions are communicated externally.
