As a Policy Enforcement Manager for Child Safety, you will be responsible for ensuring that we constantly grow our understanding of trends and risks to child safety on YouTube. This includes understanding how dangerous individuals operate on the internet to help us prevent or remove this content as fast as possible. You'll help implement and enforce our policies across videos, as well as define and implement operational plans globally, working with stakeholders in Engineering, Vendor Operations, Analytics, Policy, and Legal.

Resonsibilities:
• Track and monitor performance against key metrics.
• Drive and utilize data insights for the team, and turn data into digestible and actionable stories for cross-functional teams.
• Manage escalations with fast turn-around time, provide data and content driven insights, implement solutions, and provide timely updates to executives.
• Analyze, identify, prioritize, and deliver strategies to reduce potentially harmful content.
• Review graphic, controversial, and sometimes offensive video content in line with YouTube's community guidelines.

Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in operations such as scaled or sales operations, vendor management or process, or organizational optimization.
• Ability to work non-standard, on-call rotation weekend, and holiday hours.

Preferred qualifications:
• Experience working with programming platforms and SQL.
• Experience reviewing content, and operating on content policy and anti-abuse strategies.
• Experience in emergent computer, telecommunications, biometric, and/or geospatial technologies.
• Ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners, across geographies.
• Effective business judgement, influencing, verbal, and written communication skills.
