Job Description

The Business Technology team is a part of YouTube Global Operations. We focus on ensuring the YouTube business organization can evolve. We provide the tools and systems that deliver the information, capabilities, and insights necessary to help our partners - and YouTube - continue to grow.

As a Platform Strategy Lead, you will work cross-functionally to define and realize a vision for support platforms and tools that power the YouTube support experience. You will be responsible for YouTube support tools and initiatives focused on the external help experience across our scaled support platforms (e.g., Help Center, Support Intelligence, Help Panel etc.).

You're able to grasp technical concepts quickly, can successfully lead and manage multiple projects at a time, and have a passion for helping our users and driving product usage. You are an excellent communicator and team player who effectively collaborates with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to find innovative new solutions, and scale work effectively.
