Job Description

The Partnership Enablement team is focused on educating and activating YouTube content partners and our internal teams. Our multifaceted team members work together with various cross-functional stakeholders throughout YouTube to shape strategies and programs, develop communications and collateral, and execute plans for our top creator, media company, and music partners on YouTube's top priorities.

As a Partnerships Policy Program Manager, you will work with key cross-functional stakeholders across YouTube focused on public policy-related partner-facing campaigns and initiatives. Working side-by-side with YouTube Content Partnerships, Government Affairs and Public Policy, Marketing, and Communication teams, as well as third-party organizations, you will develop and execute a strategy for consistent and meaningful engagement with our creator, media company, and music partners on YouTube's key policy priorities in their markets.

You are knowledgeable about the policy and regulatory environment affecting the digital media landscape and are passionate about working at the intersection of public policy, business, media, and technology. You will be able to creatively define YouTube's narrative when it comes to public-interest campaigns, and can harness the influence of our partners and creator community to boost those efforts.

You will manage multiple projects across different areas of focus, and easily adapt and evolve with changing priorities, directions, and projects.
